Be Great Journal ("the Service") is a Freemium app by Kristen Swanson of Tiny App Studio ("We," "Our," or "Us"). This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Information Collection and Use
This app uses services provided by Apple, Revenue Cat, and Telemetry Deck to collect information, process purchases, and improve the app. This helps us understand how our users are using the app and how we can improve it. Personally identifiable information or user-entered data (like your posts) are NOT collected.
Lottie Packages are used to deliver animations in the app, but no data is collected by the service. All Lottie Animations are used under the Lottie License. Thank you to the talented animators and developers that shared their llamas, hearts, fireworks, and balloons to make this app a little better!
Zoomable is used to ensure that double tapping on photos provides a buttery zoom experience. No data is collected by the service.
If you use the "AI Analysis" functionality on the Tools page, you will leave the app and send information to Chat GPT. Data you choose to send there will be subject to their policies and Tiny App Studio will not be liable.
Transaction Data Retention & Charge Changes for Paid Users
We and the Apple App Store retain transaction data for paid users to comply with financial and tax regulations. Personal content can be deleted in the app, but transactional data may be retained as required by law.
We may modify the app or its charges at any time. Users will be notified of any new charges.
App Data Security
You are responsible for keeping your device and app secure. Avoid jailbreaking or rooting your device.
Your data is either saved directly on your device or within your iCloud account. No method of digital storage is 100% secure. iCloud does not guarantee local data residency if you use the service to back up your app data. The app makers do not have access to your app data at any time, and you can delete your data at any time.
We cannot guarantee absolute security and are not liable for unauthorized access.
Children's Privacy
This service is not for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with app or transactional data, please contact us to remove it at tinyappsfeedback@gmail.com.
Intellectual Property and Usage Restrictions
All intellectual property related to Inkwells belongs to Kristen Swanson and Tiny App Studio. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative versions of the app.
App Performance, Internet Connectivity, and Compatibility
App performance may be affected by your internet connection. Data charges may apply based on your service provider.
We may release updates and cannot guarantee compatibility with all devices. We reserve the right to terminate the app at any time.
We are not liable for any losses related to app functionality. We rely on Apple for certain information and cannot ensure continuous operation.

If our ownership changes, your information may be transferred. You will be notified of any such changes.
